We want you to love what you ordered. But hey, sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not feeling your IAANAS merch for any reason, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
What We Accept
We accept returns or exchanges on apparel within 30 days of delivery—as long as the item is:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition (no makeup stains, pet hair, or “just tried it on for a sec” smells)

With all original tags and packaging intact
If the item looks used or has been worn, we can’t take it back. We also don’t accept returns on limited-run drops, final sale items, or digital downloads (if we ever offer those in the future).
What We Don’t Accept

Items returned without tags

Anything that’s been worn, washed, or altered

Returns past the 30-day window

Clearance or final sale items

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accident

Gift cards (if offered)
Basically: if you wouldn’t want to receive it as “brand new,” don’t try to return it.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—email us within 7 days of delivery at info@imanartistnotasalesman.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return

Let us know what item you’re returning and why

If it qualifies, we’ll send you return instructions

You’re responsible for shipping the item back to us

Once we receive it and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund or send the exchange (your choice)
Note: We don’t currently offer free return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged. We’re a small team, not Amazon Prime.
Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method

It can take 5–10 business days for the refund to show up, depending on your bank or card issuer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we messed something up)
Exchanges
Need a different size? Same deal—email us, and if the item qualifies and is still in stock, we’ll help you swap it out. If it’s sold out, we can either refund you or offer store credit.
