The Crew Behind the Curtain
I’m an Artist, Not a Salesman isn’t just Luis with a mic—it’s a full squad behind the scenes making sure every episode looks good, sounds clean, and hits the mark. The podcast is shot and produced out of Flexwork Studios in Springfield, NJ—a creative spot where ideas bounce off the walls and cold brew flows like water.
At the top, we’ve got the executive crew: Ankur K Garg, Jason Aron, and Ludwig Araujo—the greenlighters and protectors of the vision, making sure the mission stays focused and the train doesn’t fly off the rails.
Jake Roseman, our Production Director, keeps everything running smoothly from shoot day to launch. Charlie Leenstra, the Creative Director, is the eye behind the show’s look—fonts, colors, thumbnails, and that whole IAANAS vibe.
Julian Rivera, Eric Chase, and John Habib handle Engineering and Editing—they’re the ones making sure each episode sounds crisp, looks clean, and doesn’t blow out your speakers.
James Sorge, our Booking Manager, keeps the guest list tight and the calendar tighter. Jamie Tompkins is on the PR front lines, getting the show in the right rooms and ears. Celina Nunez, the Social Media Engineer, keeps the conversation going online and helps translate podcast moments into scroll-stopping content. And Brandon Maddox, our Operations Admin, is the behind-the-scenes glue keeping the day-to-day from turning into beautiful chaos.
This isn’t some hobby setup—this is a real-deal production, built with love, hustle, and a deep respect for the creative grind.

The Walnut Studio
The Walnut Room at Flexwork Studios is where cozy meets pro—it’s got warm tones, slick gear, and the kind of vibe that makes deep convos feel effortless. It’s fully kitted out for podcasts, interviews, or small shoots, with sound treatment and lighting that just gets it. Basically, it’s the room where ideas turn into episodes.
